For the prize, it’s not what I was expecting. That’s for damn sure for the price. I think it felt like it should’ve been a little thicker a little fuller, especially if you think those were made to go in crates. They definitely need to be a little thicker and fuller And it takes way too damn long to get to you if I would’ve known, I was coming through Ireland and all that other shit I wouldn’t of bothered.

Product took well over a month to deliver and is not worth the price. It appears much nicer in photos. Product also claims to be water resistant, it is not.

I would rate it to zero if I could. 2. Product looks good. Not stable 3 when I activated a return all that came back back-and-forth was repeated emails requesting the same information. 4 finally their last email was I will give it to you at 40% off and give you the rest as refund so it was $60 on sale and they wanted to give me a slight refund and keep the product, it’s obviously it came from China from Amazon shipping 5 Amex card took care of it 6 made in China made it look like made in USA. Do not buy from this company. 5/2025 Too small for my dog, I will give it to the pet store for a cat

I'm writing a second review due to receiving a comment from FunnyFuzzy which they seem to post on every negative review they get. I approved Trustpilot to provide my details and order number and even emailed support and still no response from them. I live in Australia, and orginally thought it was an Aus Company. It's been over a week now since the review and over a month since I have heard from them. They have been ignoring all emails at their support team. I just want an update if the order is coming or my money back! *** Update Below*** They responded that they emailed me on the 26/6/25... which is today after they read this review. I have received a response with little to know information regarding my order. They're email: Thank you for reaching out to us on Trustpilot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We want to assure you that your concern has been escalated to the appropriate team for further investigation. They are currently reviewing the details, and we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure it is addressed as quickly and thoroughly as possible. We will provide you with an update as soon as we receive any new information. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving this for you. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get this sorted. Team FunnyFuzzy

I placed an order for a bed and lead on the 11th June, the items were showing as in stock when I ordered and the delivery time should have been 5-12 business days. After a week of no comunication from them I emailed to ask when would I receive tracking information and was told they would look into this. After a few more emails I then found out that they didn't have what I ordered in stock and couldn't give me a date as to when it would be back in stock. I asked to change to a different colour if they had one in stock and was told they only have the jumbo size available and I would have to pay an extra £25!! I asked to cancel and have a refund and ended up having to go through Paypal to get my money back. The customer service is shocking and their stock levels on their website is dreadful, in this day and age these things should be spot on. I would not recommend buying from this company. This has taken up a lot of time and stress in dealing with the issues.

Order FFPET224149 Never received! This has been going on for months. I want a refund.

Order FFPET254663 its been weeks since the order and have sent them multiple emails but had no response or notification of it even being shipped and on the way. Before you reply to this, i have checked and searched my junk email and i have received no correspondence. If i don't get a reply or receive the item in 1 week from now, i will be forwarding my case to the appropriate authorities as Funny fuzzy seem like a huge scam and basically steal your money.

Placed an order for a dog bed on the 12th of May and heard nothing for a week. I emailed the support team on the 20th of May and never got a reply. Then received an email on the 23rd of May stating that due to tariffs in America, shipments have been delayed. Finally got a confirmation that my order has been dispatched on the 17th of June. Haven't heard anything since then and when I track my order it only states its been placed and about to be shipped? Confused as to why it has taken so long..... Emailed the support team tonight, hopefully get a response.
