DO NOT BUY from this company. As per other reviews, they took the money immediately then failed to deliver, despite reassuring emails telling me they had expedited my complaint and “resolving being a priority”. No refund so far, just being fobbed off with emails. I also found a gov . Uk notice advising this company was shut down at the end of 2024, given the number complaints and a subsequent investigation Just wish I had read reviews before!

We ordered seat covers months ago
We ordered seat covers months ago, it's says ordered completed on the website and nothing has arrived. We have emailed 4 times from multiple email addresses, really disappointed with this brand.

Definitely a scam
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This is definitely a scam. I ordered a bed on 6 August and have heard nothing despite sending emails to their customer services. I have had to buy another bed for my dog, so even if it does turn up I don't need it now, but I doubt I will get a refund. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company had a UK Company which was struck off for poor quality and scamming. No surprises a third of my order never arrived and the dog bed that did was faulty. Regardless, dispute raised with the bank. Do not buy from this company.

Order not delivered
My order for a pet stair was never delivered. I received a confirmation email with the order no. when I placed the order. When I went to track it the website siad order not found. I sent 2 emails to FunnyFuzzy support with the order no. asking for the status and they never replied. DO NO BUY FROM THEM.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else…
I'm in the same boat as everyone else on here - Placed my order for $244.44 on the 17th of August and have yet to recieve anything nor have I recieved any responses to my emails (I checked my junk). Any help would be greatly appreciated - my order number is #FF14952AU.

No Order received
After making an order many weeks ago I am still yet to receive my order. Despite sending a number of emails I have had NO replies. I have fully paid for my order and now it’s time to bring the Department of Fair Trading.
