AVOID at all costs
Ordered over two weeks ago and have received nothing and heard nothing! Looks like this is a common trait looking at the other reviews. Wish I'd looked before purchasing rather than looking at the snazzy social media ads they are constantly pushing. So their marketing department is working, just no one else. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from Funny Fuzzy!

APPALLING! – avoid this website at all costs!
I placed my order (ORDER #FF670358S) back in September. The website promised a turnaround of 1–3 days, yet 2 weeks later I still had no tracking details. Despite repeated follow-ups and multiple emails, I received no response whatsoever. This is not just poor service – it feels dishonest and misleading. Beware!!! EDIT: It's interesting that this company prioritizes responding on Trustpilot rather than lifting their customer service levels.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I bought a bed for my sick dog. Ordered on 1st September. Still waiting. Royal Mail still waiting to receive the order. Tracking on your site still processing. I have asked for a refund. I would never use this company again and with all the poor reviews I wish I had seen these first as I would never ordered from you. Buyer beware. Also please don’t answer this saying you can’t find my order number you have it! Or say contact us the response you give are poor or none existent!!!

They don’t even deserve one star
They don’t even deserve one star! I ordered over a month ago and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed them. They emailed me back said they still didn’t have any tracking information for my order, but it had been dispatched from their warehouse. I emailed them again today. We’ll see what they say now. I’ve asked for a refund for my order. This is ridiculous! This company is a joke!! Do not order from them if you don’t want to lose your money!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! We've bought a few items in the past with no problems. Our last order has been a complete failure. They took our money but won't even give us an update on when the dog bed will ship. Cust svc by email only. It took a week for a response, which was that they would find out... Spoiler alert, they never got back to me. They literally just stole our money.
