Would give zero stars if an option, money taken no sign of delivery, do not respond to emails or insta messages. Request for refund ignored despite distance selling rules. Reporting to action fraud and luckily paid on credit card so can claim back. DO NOT USE scam site - Oh and the response on here are automated- they have my details they have my order number, I have contacted them repeatedly so giving it again via Trustpilot would be pointless just another avenue for them to ignore!

Quindi non è stato spedito nonostante sia passato quasi un mese.L’ordine è il nr #FF3270ITA abbiamo inviato diverse e-mail al servizio clienti per sollecitare la spedizione o in alternativa ricevere un rimborso ma non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta! Questa è una truffa! Sconsigliatissimo

Ich bestellte aufgrund einer Empfehlung, aber vorsichtshalber über paypal; nachdem nach 10 Tagen keine Versandbestätigung kam, mailte ich eine Nachfrage, die prompt beantwortet wurde. Nachdem eine Lieferung in weiteren 7 Tagen nicht möglich war und der von mir gesetzte Termin verstreichen würde, bekam ich eine Mail mit dem Angebot eines Nachlasses, wenn ich warte oder Rückzahlung. Für mich ein guter Service; Rückzahlung erfolgte innerhalb eines Tages.

Hello ordered a dog bed and pillow, my order number is Order #FF663851S. It’s been a month and I have not received my product nor a shipping confirmation. I email them often, must have sent 8 emails and got 2 replies offering me a discount. I was asking when they think it will ship and they completely avoided the question. I asked for a refund since I couldn’t wait any longer and no one has answered. Their customer services is the worst customer I have ever seen in my life and it makes me think this is a scam. Word of advice do not waste your time or money purchasing anything from here. They will not send it, give you the run around and not refund you your money. In essence they steel your money, because you get no product or communication. They should be investigated for fraud.

J’ai passé commande le aux alentours du 1er août entre cette date et aujourd’hui j’ai pu avoir plusieurs communications par mail avec eux ils m’ont répondu très vite et se sont excusés du retard et mont promis un remboursement de 20% une fois ma commande livrée. Le 19 septembre mon colis n’était toujours pas expédié. Je me suis d’abord dit ok je me suis fait arnaquée surtout en voyant l’avis des autres utilisateurs alors j’ai demandée un remboursement par mail pour voir. Le lendemain matin ils m’ont remboursé la totalité de ma commande. Je pense donc que c’est un site qui existe réellement mais qui doit avoir des souci au niveau de la gestion des flux peut être trop important. Je les remercie de quand même pour leur disponibilité et j’aurai adorer recevoir leurs articles mais je vais me diriger vers un autre site.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande effectué le 08/09 dernier. Aucunes réponses à mes emails, et aucun suivi de commande

I did not want to give any stars for this company because they have failed to deliver my goods ordered. They are very good at providing excuses, explanations, apologies and promises and replying to emails but what they are not good at is coming good at giving the customer what they want. I am another customer dusappointed by FunnyFuzzy...they are definitely Funny!!!! and should be investigated by trading standards. I will definitely be contacting them and post across social media to warn others not to trust them, to stay away. Sorry FunnyFuzzy I feel that you are a scam and the public need to know. Please do not respond to this review with your preprepared apology response. It means nothing, just empty words.
