This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. I ordered over TWO MONTHS ago and have heard nothing back except for one reply to my very first email. Since then, I’ve sent more than 10 emails and been completely ignored. I’ve been begging to cancel this order for days and still no response. DISGUSTING customer service. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Update- The company made a response on my review requesting more information, which I provided almost immediately. It has now been over 1.5 week with no response and no way to further contact as this was through Trustpilot.

Never received, will not respond to anything.
Ordered from them in the previous 5 years without issue. This time around it has been 7 weeks and 5 emails with zero response. Have reported to Shopify for a refund through Shop Pay.

I ordered a car dog bed back in July
I ordered a car dog bed back in July. Still not received. The original tracking number I was sent never updated, emailed for an update and initially received an apologetic email saying they’d send a replacement as the original was lost. I’ve still not received anything and my emails since then have been ignored. Requested a refund but still no update as of 18.09.25. It’s such a shame because their products look so good but no point if you never actually get them. Please just give me a refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Paid $180 for a dog bed 3 months ago and am still waiting. Customer service is a joke, they have been ghosting my emails, refused to pay a refund and overall could be categorised as a SCAM. Update: The reply is absolute nonsense, they have been aware of this situation for 2 months and I have all the emails
