Not received my order … surprise…
Not received my order … surprise surprise. If only I had checked this company out before purchasing from them. I’ve spent £120.00 with them. They don’t respond to emails apart from 1 automated email. I will attempt ‘charge back’ through my bank. SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Still awaiting a response nearly 10…
Still awaiting a response nearly 10 months now. I ordered a dog seat a replacement for my previous same brand funny fuz. My fault I paid with Apple Pay and it went to my old adress literally after realising my mistake 3 mins later I emailed apologising with my current address and was advised it was now scheduled to be delivered to my previous address. I asked for it to be changed cause I literally just put in the order.. no response… Emailed again and they said I needed to revise delivery. I had moved from the south of the uk to the north! Advised I could t.. no response. Heard from royal Mail that luckily the new tenants had refused delivery so i sent this to funny fuzz and asked for a refund it to be now delivered to my new address. Still no response or dog bed it’s not a cheap brand and I expected more and would not recommend going in for a year now this whole process

It really should be 0 stars. I ordered on 8/42025. I have sent follow up emails to customer service with no response over the past 30 days. Now i see i will never receive the products I ordered. I will be contacting my credit card company for assistance. August 11th is the date my couch covers were supposedly shipped. Been expecting them ever since.

Xxxxl raincoat
I purchased the raincoat in xxxxl . I give it a 7 out of 10. Whilst it fits nicely, the zip to fasten it is underneath the dogs stomach and chest . This would be ok on a short hair dog but my dogs a golden retriever and his fur kept getting stuck in the zip making it difficult to close. After a wet muddy walk you then have to blindly feel for the zip underneath the dog and try unzipping it without catching the fur again . It's not pleasant messing with a wet muddy underside zip. It would have been better had it been on the top of the coat. The delivery was late and that was frustrating.

Company seems a scam to be honest. I ordered a seat cover weeks ago (Order FFPET273943) and heard absolutely nothing. Have chased them up via email and still nothing. Avoid.

My order #FF637552S Ordered two dog beds on 8th of July, still haven’t received them. I messaged them in the end of July and got a reply on the beginning of August offering me a discount. Recently sent them another email and they haven’t responded. I haven’t gotten the compensation nor have I gotten the beds. Very disappointed, I paid alot of money and haven’t gotten anything.
