I place an order on the 8th October, now nothing.
I place an order on the 8th October, never received any shipping information. I've tried emailing every email i can find, and all i get is an auto response saying it cannot be delivered. Tried to get in contact via Insta, auto message responce then nothing back. Also tried the contact us section on the website, also nothing. Now I can't email track my order on their own website.

Bonjour, Je pende que j'aurais dû lire ces avis avant de passer commande en août. ##FR41602 J'ai écrit de nombreuses fois aux différentes adresses.: Support et hello sans jamais recevoir de réponse. Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande par contre suis toujours extrêmement sollicitée par les mails réclames. Je suis déçue au plus haut point car les produits paraissaient vraiment bien.

Never received order!!!
Ordered a 138$ dig bed in August, never received it! Have sent over 29 emails and no response or credit back!!! Terrible service!

I placed an order on the 25th August…
I placed an order on the 25th August 25, I have sent multiple emails to this company for an update on delivery with no replies (even checked my junk). Please can you give me an update or just give me back a full refund as the amount £146.34 this is a ridiculous amount of money that I trusted in you and your company to deliver. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to not receive a response or what you have purchased. If the shoe was on the other foot and we received the products without payment I’m sure you would have something to say about it!!!! Your response was exactly the same as other reviews I’ve read… My order number is… FFPET272997 I am doing it on here because you don’t respond to emails as like I’ve already said I have tried multiple times!

Je suis dans le même cas que tous les commentaires précédents. J’avais passé une commande début août, ils ne savaient pas pas me dire où ça en était, juste qu’ils faisaient soit disant tout pour que la commande quitte les entrepôts. Je décide de l’annuler et demander le remboursement après un mois à attendre. Je me dis de laisser une deuxième chance, ça se peut d’être dépassé sur l’été..bref, je repasse commande le 21 Septembre ; j’ai écris plusieurs mails laissé sans réponse (et oui j’ai vérifié mes spams avant vos commentaires rédhibitoires!) ; demain ça fait un mois ! Je ne comprends pas à quoi s’amuse ce site mais c’est pas glorieux! Au vu du nombres de commandes passées vous en auriez honorés juste la moitié vous auriez été gagnants….

Aggiornamento:Fatta segnalazione alla polizia postale. Hanno rimborsato 47eu su 150!!!!! Se non rimborsano tutto prima di subito, parte la denuncia. Dopo 15gg di presa in giro, mi danno il tracking number; il giorno dopo, mi scrivono che il prodotto non è più disponibile! Scrivono che, dopo 3gg, se non fai un altro ordine ti rimborsano, ad oggi non ho visto ancora i miei 150eu. Se non rimborsano immediatamente sulla mia carta, li denuncio. Disonesti come pochi

Terrible customer service
Ordered on the 22nd of September. Received a confirmation email and nothing since. Contacted twice by email for an update on my order and nothing since response. Update: it is now the 10th of November and still no product or update on a date of arrival. Truly the worst business and customer service I have ever dealt with. Update #2: emailed repeatedly for a refund, with no reply.
