Ridiculous
If 0 stars was an option I’d go for that! I placed an order in September and have heard nothing since. No confirmation or anything. I’ve reached out to the customer service to be ignored - multiple emails have been sent. It’s seems to only be on here that customer services will respond - so for what it’s worth the order number is FFPET280846

Ordered 8 weeks ago. No email receipt, no reply to 2 emails. Raised dispute via Klarna but FF ‘declined the issue’. Wish I’d of read the reviews first. Scam company

Zero communication regarding my order
Zero communication regarding my order. Had I known it was shipping from China and would take a month I would not have ordered. I had a back injury and couldn't lift my dog into bed. I needed the steps. I emailed with no response. Very poor. Never again.

Almost no customer service
Placed an order Sept 15 - it is now Oct 24 - no action to any request for update - they charged my CC - no urgency in responding except 'we are looking into it' Stay away! I am going to dispute my charges - sad it seems like a good product. They are now asking for my details, after ignoring my requests to Funny Fuzzy support. Oct 27

items shipped from a slow boat and take a very long time to arrive
this item took 2 months to ship to me and when I finally received it, the blanket was tiny, my dog cannot fit on it and even the largest bed is not big enough for my dog who is not that big. It took so long that I asked for a refund and now that I know the bed is too small, i would like to send it back but don't think that is possible. Will it take a year to get my money back?

Disappointed at best
The order took more than two months to process and another month to ship. Only way to reach company was by Facebook and even then only after a negative post did I get any response. The product, once recieved, sofa bed, was not as described. While the cover was nice, the stuffing was sub par at best. The sides and back do not hold up and the base is just a simple egg crate. My order was over $200 and honestly only work $60. The delay and lack of communication made it worse. Only received product when asking for a refund.

I placed order #FF671957S with you in early September. It was confirmed by you on Sept 8th and supposedly shipped around the 16th. It is now October 24, 2025 and no tracking information is available and I have not received the order. I have sent four emails to you about this order and still no tracking information. Either provide tracking information or refund my money!!!
