Took too long and no information to an estimate of when I’d get it. Never was told that it would come vacuum packed and took 3 days to get to expand to normal size.

Terrible service long delay on delivery Took money out my bank account but did not delivery until 2 weeks later Goods were not as described very sub standard not of any use at all Lumpy bed which should be a orthopaedic dog bed Free gift worth £18 was a small spider with a squeak in it absolutely rubbish Looks like uk company but it’s Chinese

Still waiting and no response
Have placed an order FF16668AU on the 24th September, and still not received. There has been no updates regarding whether it has been dispatched for delivery. I have attempted to contact them via their form and email, without any response. I have also requested a refund without any response. Update: I appreciate their reply on the review and can confirm I have received a full refund.
