Ordering from this company had been a horrible experience. It takes over a month for you to get your order and the customer service is terrible! They don’t respond back to your emails or provide tracking numbers so you can track your package. I will not be ordering from them again.

It took over 20 days to receive my order. This should be made clear when ordering!

We were really impressed with the web site and the influencers on instagram therefore decided to order several items from FunnyFuzzy. Following ordering we have been chasing updates concerning delivery as no communication has been received. Finally received a email response which is clearly AI generated simply stating they would chase logistics. Having read other reviews on Trust Pilot we are now very concerned and requested FunnyFuzzy to make contact. If we have not received communication within next 7 days confirming order despatched and tracking we will handover to PayPal UPDATE We have emailed you directly several times with our order number to your suggested email address and still no response. Please offer the customer service you promise and make contact

Commande #FR42637 passée le 01/09/25, on est le 26/10/25 et le statut est toujours "commande confirmée". Relance par mail, aucun retour ou quoi que ce soit. Délai absolument inadmissible pour traiter la commande, veuillez nous rembourser au plus vite avant que des démarches juridiques soient engagées.

Awful - scammmer-like behaviour as many have written in reviews. Should've checked before buying from them! Ordered multiple small items from them back in JUNE, but didn't get any shipment notice orntracking after 3weeks so I contacted their support email in JULY. Was told that there had been a delay in the delivery of my order (with no clear timeline on when it will be fulfilled) and was offered 20%off as compensation if I was willing to wait. Responded that I was happy to wait as they got back fairly fast to me and seemed alright to trust them. Hadn't heard anything again for another 3weeks so I contacted them again in MID AUGUST. Was told there's still no ETA and to wait. It took them 2months (late AUGUST) after ordering to send me an email to tell me that one of the items in my order is no longer available due to "production challenges"!! Also told me to respond within 3 DAYS whether I want a refund or replacement, in which I asked for it to be replaced with an alternate item. Asked about the 20% refund as well, and I was told to contact them after the items were delivered. Another month passes (MID SEPTEMBER, contacted again and was told that they have asked warehouse to prioritize the order. Then in first week or OCTOBER, out of the blue I get a delivery dispatch notice. Only problem is, the item that was supposed to be replaced is not listed! I contacted them again, mentioning that the replacement item is not there, no answer. I receive the items in a week's time and confirm there's a missing item, ask for a refund for the undelivered item as I was tired of dealing with this nonsense but no response. TLDR; they will make you wait long periods of time for your order, offer you 20% off but never follow through, will stop responding to your emails if you ask for refunds. Disgusting behaviour throughout. I wish I didn't believe their words the first time. Don't waste your time on them like I did.

Ordered 2 months ago, complained 3 times. They offered me 5% discount and now wont respond to me and i still dont have the product. Ive asked for a full refund.

Ich habe einen Bezug für mein hundebett im september bestellt. Auf jegliche Mail wann endlich geliefert wird kommt keine Antwort. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung vor Jahren lief alles problemlos, was ich dieses Mal leider nicht bestätigen kann. Bitte um Rückmeldung wann ich meine Bestellung denn endlich erhalte, schließlich wurde die Ware auch schon bezahlt.

It took 3 months to arrive. It's nothing like what it says the bed shape is completely different and the health to your dog back is a joke.. I bought I will never ever buy again
