Still waiting for a refund from FunnyFuzzy. Took about ten emails to establish the return address. Sent parcel back and have proof that it has arrived. A further ten emails later with delay tactic from them after delay tactic and still no refund. Absolutely outrageous!Order number - FFPET278969.

Still no order has arrived?
Still no order has arrived after placing my order in early September and despite chasing this several times via the support email. Also had the offer of a discount on the order arriving, chance would be a fine thing! Please refund my order ref FFPET276100 and stop sending me at least one email a day advertising goods you have no intention of delivering. I only wish I had read trust pilot before purchasing. Buyer beware.

I really wish I had read these reviews…
I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Item ordered 3/10/25 and still nothing. After the 3rd mail I got a response offering 10% refund once I have received the order. Since then I have sent 3 mail’s requesting a refund and have had no response. I am now going to trading standards as like others I feel I have been duped by this company. A truly awful company to deal with

HOPELESS
I am surprised this company is allowed to advertise on Facebook if it has been in liquidation. I placed and paid for an order a month ago and have heard nothing since. Like others, emails are ignored and I shall ve asking for a full refund.
