The quality is nice BUT my experience was NOT… it took FOREVER to get the product and when I contacted the company it was always the same story… tried to get my money back but they wouldn’t do that so will not order from here ag

I placed my order on 8/27/2025 but didn’t receive it until 11/29/2025. After weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, the package finally arrived—but the USPS label wasn’t even created until 11/15. Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match the price I paid.

Package took over two months to arrive, when their website says it should arrive in approximately 20 days.

Placed two orders in Oct. Received one today. Have written several inquiries over that time, received one generic response. Probably won't order again.
