It was what we needed
It was what we needed. Took a long time to get it, though. Didn't know it had to come from overseas, but at least we got one. No one else seemed to have replacement covers.

The poor quality of the cave bed
The poor quality of the cave bed. When my 20 pound doxie goes inside it flips backwards. I have to keep it up against the wall. Then it tips to the side, so it's useless. Maybe redesign it so it stays on the floor . Put sand or something in the bottom to keep it stable.

It took over 2 months to receive the product and was told nothing but excuses about the tracking

Issue resolved by FunnyFuzzy.
I ordered crouch covers on Sept. 2nd. On 25th,I attempted to contact this company to check on my order. There was NO WAY to do this. After reading reviews, it appeared I had been scammed. I cancelled this order via my bank. On December 5th, it arrived. Now what? 4 months seems unreasonable.

5-star product, 1-star service
FunnyFuzzy has a 5-star product, but 1-star service. So that's why I went with 3 stars. I absolutely love the slipcovers I ordered from them, but it took 3 months for them to arrive, and they didn't communicate at all---I had to reach out to them through social media to get any updates. And the updates they gave were inaccurate. So if they can figure out how to speed up shipping and send out tracking codes that actually work, I will change this to 5 stars!
