I placed the order on August 28. I got an email on August 29 stating that my order has shipped. But then no tracking ever came as well as no products came. I emailed the company, they apologized, and said if we didn’t cancel they’ll give us 10% off. So I waited. Another month went by…nothing! I emailed the company who again apologized, offered 20% off this time if we didn’t cancel. For whatever reason I said fine and then month THREE arrives, still nothing! I wrote a bad review when asked and next thing you know my product arrives three months later! Terrible! It honestly felt like a scam. I was ready to call my credit card company. On top of that 30% off was never credited back to my credit card as promised. I call SCAM!

It took over 3 months to receive my order, with no communication about the status of my order. When I emailed your company, the only reply I received each time was that someone would let me know when it shipped. I never received any notification, it just showed up at my door finally. I missed the opportunity to give what I ordered as gifts to family members. There needs to be regular updates on shipping status, especially an estimate of delivery date, when the order is placed, then updates periodically. I honestly thought I had been scammed, and it makes me leary of ordering from FunnyFuzzy again. And that’s a shame because I really love the products displayed online.
