My last three orders have been late…very late. Pretty disappointed that it took me having to email several times about when the items(3) I ordered weren’t arriving. The orders were placed months and months ago.

The blankets I ordered are great and seem like a good quality. The price was very fair. My issue is with the shipping and customer service. I ordered my blankets in mid-August and did not get them until early December. I sent multiple emails to the customer service email and was ghosted every time. After the second email attempt, I sent two more emails to cancel my order and be refunded. I received no response. I assumed they just stole my money. Suddenly, out of the blue, my order showed up. I got the tracking email AFTER I received the order.

It months to get to me and one item was too small for my dog. The second item was suppose to be a couch cover, but I received was a mat. Sending both items back for a refund.

It took an incredibly long time for the products to arrive a few days ago (ordered in August 2025 - delivered in December 2025). No one responded to my inquiries via email over the past few months. I then requested a refund in October—still no response. The product itself is not really high quality either. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend it.
