Product not as described, no support whatsoever the slightest bit of pressure and you can feel floor. Delivery was absolutely awful heard nothing for 2 weeks and when I chased this, I was told my delivery would be prioritised but again I still heard nothing for another few weeks. I tried to cancel the order and was told I needed to contact the delivery company and was given 3 incorrect numbers. I am now trying to return the item but currently the company will no lt provide me details of how to complete this. Currently £60 out of pocket and 2 absolute pieces of rubbish!! I'd give 0 stars if possible
