Do not use!!
Do not use!!! Been waiting 20 days and my order has not left mainland china!!! Yes they are based in china and ship from china, possibly by a row boat, customer service are useless (that might be generous) don't bother checking your tracking it doesnt work.

Non delivery of Order
Following up on an earlier review I made, and I shall continue to review with a 1 star until delivered. As many many others have commented I ordered 16/06 and still nothing. No doubt they will send a generic reply asking for the order number and details of the order with no follow up

Awful service ordered months ago
Awful service ordered months ago. Requested a refund numerous times and have it delivered today in ripped packaging. For £72 I expected a better service, we had to purchase from elsewhere as it took so long. So now out of pocket by £72 with a dog seat I don’t need anymore as needed it months ago

AVOID! Haven’t received order or a refund.
I ordered a £70 bed from funny fuzzy and after weeks, received no communication whatsoever about my order. All attempts to contact the company have been ignored repeatedly, and I’m still trying to get hold of them for a refund.

Waiting over 2 months ans still no delivery!
Just as many of the reviews here I ordered some sofa covers on 21st September and after several weeks if not a month I had an email stating a delay in delivery and an offer of discount when they finally deliver. I sent an email saying that I wanted to cancel the order as I have sourced some covers elsewhere but no reply. I have no idea whether the order has been cancelled but I hope so as the customer service is appalling and no doubt returning them and getting a refund is going to be stressful! As with others they have asked for my order number which I have supplied them. Still no update!

Bestellung noch nicht eingetroffen
Ich habe am 3. Okt. 25 ein Hundebett bestellt, dieses ist bis zum heutigen Tag noch nicht bei mir eingetroffen. Ich habe seither 3 mal nachgefragt und werde mit dämlichen Mails vertröstet.

ESCROQUERIE TOTALE -
J'ai commandé 2 canapés pour chien le 29/11/25. La livraison devait intervenir au plus tard 10 jours après. J'en suis à mon 3ème mails de relance pour m'entendre dire qu'aucune date de livraison n'est prévue pour le moment. Je déconseille fortement ce site.
