I’ve purchase a dog bed from Funny Fuzzy previously and my dogs like it, plus it does seem like decent quality. However do not expect it to arrive in any timeframe you may think reasonable, and don’t expect any updates or replies to emails asking for updates. Service is non existent and to be honest that creates a lack of trust. I wouldn’t be purchasing from them again and would suggest everyone look elsewhere. Emails had been sent to funny fuzzy without reply 🤷‍♂️

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I still haven’t received my dog beds. I ordered on November 28. It’s December 17. As per their website, they are supposed to send a tracking number. There website says shipping can anywhere from 7-30 days. I received an email that they shipped the item but no tracking number. I have reached out to them by email multiple times requesting a tracking number. I’ve been given the run around every time. It’s alway “shipment has been delayed.” I always look at reviews for companies on Facebook and this time I didn’t. Shame on me. This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will be disputing the charge on my card if I do not receive my dog beds as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. UPDATE: Trustpilot reached out to me and said FunnyFuzzy would like some more information to help with this problem, so I provided what they asked for. My name, phone number and order number. FUNNYFUZZY RESPONSE: "We've been working to locate your order, but we haven't been able to track it down just yet. To assist you more efficiently, we've sent a request via Trustpilot asking for your order number. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at (their email) our team is always here and happy to help". I have emailed multiple times. Same response. I still have not heard anything back from them. I will say again, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Bonjour, Commande faite le 01.09.2025 et toujours rien reçu malgré un message déjà posté sur TRUSTPILOT , et ils ont fait semblant de me répondre car même après leur avoir donné mon N° commande, toujours aucune réponse de leur part, A FUIR, ILS SONT MALHONNETES

The covers are too stiff and do not lay smoothly on the sofa. Quite disappointing after waiting 2 months for delivery.

commande passée en juillet 2025 avec débit immédiat sur mon compte. Après quelques semaines sans nouvelle du colis, j'ai contacté, plusieurs fois, l'entreprise par mail mais sans aucune réponse. Je pensais ne jamais recevoir ma commande et "miracle", le 06/12/2025 je reçois un message de leur part indiquant "Votre commande a été expédiée par le transporteur SF Express. Courant en transit. Merci d’avoir fait ses achats sur FunnyFuzzyFR". J'ai finalement reçu mon colis le 16/12/2025. Ne pas hésiter à aller sur le site SF EXPRESS pour le suivi du colis, cela fonctionne bien

It took several email inquiries to find my paid in full order. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS to Receive!!!

It took over 2 months to receive my order. The product came with no instructions on its assembly. I will not order from this company again.

I ordered a dog bed on 16th August, it’s now December and still not here. I initially sent an email and got a response in September saying that I would get 20% off when it did get delivered which I was happy to accept. However I since sent 3 more emails and no response. I have seen many other people have this problem. I am £70 down. I should have been suspicious that the price kept dropping at the checkout with random codes and vouchers. But would not recommend, save your money and get your dog a bed elsewhere. I want a refund asap
