Nice cushion and my dogs like it, but really too expensive for what you get. It's not what you see on the commercial. No customer service, they do not answer to the mails when I contacted them for the delivery.

Item took nearly 2 months to recieve and came completely unassembled - as in, multiple pieces of foam you had to stack and stuff into the cover, taking about an hour to figure out. Customer service has been non-responsive, asking for photos. OF WHAT!? This company has scored an F on BBB, now I know why.

A fuir!

The product is in bad quality, the cozy and soft bed is very thin and just half filled. It needed 3 complains to arrive in 4 weeks. The costumer service first replied with let it unfold, shake it etc. Which I did first thing and also again after the emailed me this but it's still like my dog lays on the ground itself to this they never replied. That's what I expect from a 20€ bed but 90€(sale price) is waaaaaay too much! I'm absolutely frustrated that I tried some other than the big brands..

It takes months to receive orders. One order after not receiving my order for 3 months I assumed it never went thru. So I again placed an order for 1 of the items on the original order and this time I got it within a few weeks. Then a week later I got the 4 month old order. Now I have to figure out how to return it. The orders don't come with return info or labels. That being said I have to say that as far as the quality of of the items I have received from them I have been happy with.

I ordered the product back mid August and did not receive until the end of November. Should not list shipping as less than two weeks when it really takes 3 months. Customer support through email was not helpful and could not give ETA. Also did not refund any portion of the cost when stated they would through email.
