Four months of waiting and then Nothing
One star is being generous. I purchased my order in September. In November (2 months later), I hadn't heard anything or received my order. There was a blanket response to it was shipped, but we can't track until it goes through customs. Within a week, I received another email saying it was shipped. Two months later from that email, I finally received a tracking on my order. Its been four months mind you. On Thursday the 29th of January, I get a "your product has been delivered" email. I go to my front door and low and behold, guess what? No package. The tracking service does not tell me what shipping company is delivering my order or that it was delivered to my actual address. Just it was delivered to the city that I live in along with two other cities nearby all in the span of minutes. Very sketchy! I have not contacted the company as of yet because, well, I was hoping someone else would deliver it to me if it was delivered to the wrong address or if the mail people said it was delivered and delivers the next day. That happens a lot around here. Nope, nothing. I would think twice about ordering from this company. I did purchase the shipping guarantee insurance thing, so...
