Don’t buy from here!
I ordered 2 orthopedic dog beds. They are definitely not orthopedic. The large one is the cheapest car I’ve ever bought. It’s just plain awful. Shipping took FOREVER it’s a no and a waste of money

Great product-the queen baroque fitted…but
Great product-the queen baroque fitted bed covers are soft and exactly as hoped. Downside-my payment was posted in early October 2025 and package arrived two days ago (1/29/2026). This was not a problem for me and I know there have been shipping issues globally but would not be great if counting on timely arrival

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. I purchased item in November arrived Jan 29! I asked over and over again for a refund as it was a Christmas gift but got no where. I have purchased from them prior but this will be the last time.

Terrible customer service and delays
I ordered my dog blanket in November. after about 10 different emails, I finally received it on January 29. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anybody on the support team. Once it finally arrived, it was half the size of what I had expected and what was shown in the picture. I thought it would be a full blanket for my couch and it’s a small mat the size of a doormat. when I reached out once again of course I’m getting no response. Very disappointing because I do like the product. I just wish it had come in the right size and have been delivered on time.

Took 3 months to come
Took 3 months to come. When it did come, it was in parts we had to put together. Putting together a dog bed?? Parts of foam and a pad that was after than a pancake. Right to the trash. Scam

Absolutely horrible - buyer beware
Absolutely horrible. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. I placed my order on December 5th thinking that would've been ample time to receive the product to give someone for a Christmas gift, however I just received the very poorly constructed product 2 months later to which is already falling apart and Ive only had it less than a week. Absolutely horrible and complete waste of money.

Disappointed
I was very impressed with the advertisement for the dog bed. I ordered an extra large for my German Shepherd. My delivery was delayed due to winter weather. When the package arrived on 1/30/26, it contained a size medium bed. I submitted a request for an exchange by email (as instructed on the website) and have not received a response. I hope the company can provide the correct size or a refund. Update: the company responded on 2/4/26 and stated they sent the correct size. despite receiving a photo of the product label documenting that the product was a medium large, not extra large. My response follows "The order label attached to the item states the item is a medium large which is smaller than an extra large. The item is smaller than the dimensions indicated on your website. Mistakes happen-it is disappointing that your company will not acknowledge this error. The company has earned its reputation as evident by low ratings. I will return this item and report the incident to my financial institution."
