I asked for how to exchange the products, it was much after. It seems like there were several thousand tags attached to my previous comment on how Funny Fuzzy Customer Support is not being handled professionally. It is not right to make customer wait for so long to ship the products and then also reply back so late. Nice products, but eventually, I see that the business is giving up. Also, the way how the email comes in very confusing. Some via automatic response, some from 3rd party, some form Funny Fuzzy. The reason why I am not pursuing any more is because it will take another long round of 2~3 months until anything is done from the Funny Fuzzy end.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been almost 1 YEAR since I placed my order and I have never received it. No response ever until I comment on their add on IG. This Company is a Complete SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will also respond down below Saying "they are looking into the matter" they are not.
