CHEAP & TERRIBLE DESIGN
I cannot understand why they would use felt on the ramp, instead of rubber or something else with some grip. My dogs took one step and slid down very quickly. Terrible design. And I’ve been trying to get a refund & return started for over a week and keep getting emailed responses, like, “how about you just pay 20% or 40%” and keep the item? No, I want a refund, which is what is offered on the website, yet the make it ridiculously hard. Very frustrating. Will not shop from this company, nor recommended it to anyone. Disappointing products & customer service. I still haven't been able to get a refund started, so I reported this company to my credit card company, to hopefully get a refund for this subpar product and "customer service."
