overall I like the covers so far it's only been 2 days. problem is they put a quality control sticker on the cover and it won't come off. tried many times and it started to rip the material as it came off. Very upset about this as my dog is trying to eat it and it will tear the cover as he tries to get it off.

The large dog bed is nothing like what is pictured. It came vacuum sealed, and the fluff inside the multiple pieces is loose and does not actually give support. It took forever to come in with not great customer service, having to wait a week to hear back from someone.

Bed is not worth the money. Pillow inserts are clumpy and super cheap. Shipping took over 30 days. Company was not responsive to email inquiries. Will not order from this company again.

The shipping. It took some time, but I received the package. Be prepared to wait. And when received, the pillows that are to be inserted into the cover take some time to fluff up. That should have been mentioned. But after all of that, my dog LOVES the bed. Thank you

I ordered the largest size they had because I've got 2 dogs that share the bed. The size of this thing is terrible... so misleading. I was also supposed to receive a discount at check out ... did get that either. FULL PRICE and less than what I should have gotten. Won't be ordering anything from them again.

J'ai commandé pour 156 euros de paniers le 20 février 2026. Je n'ai rien reçu. Leur téléphone est bidon. Leur mail m'a envoyé une seule réponse sur 4 demandes. Où est ma commande ? En chine ? En France ? Nulle part ? Je désespère de la recevoir un jour. Quant au remboursement, on n'en parle même pas. Pourtant l'offre est alléchante. Les produits attrayants. Enfin, sur le site. Parce qu'au final, vous n'en profiterez même pas. C'est une catastrophe ce site. Une arnaque notoire. Je suis furieuse car je dois me résigner à abandonner ma commande pour mes merveilleux toutous.😮💨
