It’s a scam company!
Placed my order 1 month ago and still have no tracking number!!!!

Aucune nouvelle de ma commande
Toujours dans l'attente d'un retour de leur part j'ai passé commande il y a 10j sans aucune nouvelle (l'article n'est toujours pas expédié) - déjà envoyé 2 mails. Je compte sur ce message sur trustpilot pour qu'ils me répondent, c'est désolant d'en arriver là. Regardez vos commentaires ! réveillez vous ! NB : grâce à trustpilot, ils m'ont remboursé, mais n'envoie pas le produit, très déçue de ne pas recevoir mon achat et de devoir en passer par là pour avoir leur attention.

Think twice
I ordered a new dog bed and other items on the 6th May and still have no delivery date. They have also not responded to any of my emails.

Servizio clienti inesistente e nessun riscontro sul mio ordine. Pessima esperienza. Ho effettuato un ordine importante, pagando regolarmente l'importo dovuto, ma da quel momento sono completamente spariti. Ad oggi, non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione aggiornata sulla spedizione. Preoccupato della situazione, ho provato a contattare l'assistenza inviando circa 10 e-mail sia per chiedere aggiornamenti sullo stato della consegna, sia per valutare un eventuale annullamento dell'ordine e il relativo rimborso. Il risultato? Il vuoto assoluto. Nessuno si è degnato di rispondermi personalmente; le uniche risposte ricevute sono i soliti messaggi automatici del loro robot, che non risolvono nulla. È inaccettabile che un'azienda trattenga i soldi dei clienti e poi si rifiuti di comunicare. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da loro. ORDER #FF32292U

This is a scam
This is a scam. Money taken, even though it says uk, once you buy your product it then says will take 15 days to ship. I’ve heard nothing back, sent 3 emails, now asking for a refund and zero response. Don’t buy from this website

Dog Bed
I ordered this on 21st May, and then received an email on 23rd May to say my order had been shipped however, still today (7th June) the tracking details aren’t available. I have tried contacting the company to get an update but no one has come back to me. I would now like a full re-fund but as no one is coming back to me, I’m unsure how to go about this. Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. Order number - #FF31780U Tracking number- DFT1822272KMHB Please come back to me with an update Update: We received the dog bed, it looks nothing like the picture, it’s very poor quality and we are going to have to buy extra stuffing because it’s nearly empty. I would have never paid £125 for this dog bed had I read the reviews on trust pilot first. Thoroughly disappointed at the money spent on this, will not be purchasing from funny fuzzy again.
