ATTENTION ARNAQUE
ATTENTION ARNAQUE !

AVOID!
AVOID!! Ordered a sofa cover 5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. There isn't even any information on the tracking. Have contacted them several times and they just ignore you. Will never use again.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Ordered from this company in April, I’m still awaiting my order. The items aren’t exactly ‘cheap’ either. I had emailed them asking for an update they replied saying there was a delay, and that once I received my order they would refund only 10%. No update on time scales or anything. It’s now been another month since that email and I’m still waiting. It’s poor customer service, I would love the product to arrive but sadly I feel this won’t be the case, or any time soon. Do not recommend buying from this company unless you’re happy to wait several months without complaint. In response to your response, i have already contacted you by email, I’ve had one response on the 15th May days after I queried my order. I then sent another. Order is placed under Carly Mears and that_auburngirl, I’m disappointed further with your reply. How can you reply to a review but not to the query of where my order is, I’m still without order. I’d like a refund and not 10% of my order.

Hi Carly, We’re sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delay with your order, as well as the lack of clear communication. We completely understand why you would be unhappy after waiting so long. We have checked your order and can confirm that you have been refunded via PayPal. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and for the experience you’ve had with us. We appreciate your patience and understand your concerns regarding the delay.

Order Delay
UPDATE 25.06 They emailed me 2 weeks ago saying they will process a refund. Still nothing and I have now received an email saying that they are having issues with refunding back to the card and that they want my pay pal details?! Avoid this company at all cost. Order - FF30412U I ordered a dog bed on the 11th May - still nothing. I emailed and they advised that there will be a delay but no update on when the bed will be delivered. Given all the other reviews, I can see that this is a regular occurance and wish I had checked before I paid nearly £70.00. Avoid if you aren't willing to wait over 4 weeks.

Prodotti stupendi.

AVOID
AVOID. I placed an order two months ago and it has never been dispatched. Not a word, not an update, nothing. ORDER #FF28452U I sent four separate emails to customer service. Four. Each one ignored for weeks. When I finally got a response, it was a generic 10% discount offer with absolutely no explanation of where my order is or when, or if, it will ever arrive. This is not a customer service failure. This is a company taking people's money and hoping they go away. I have had zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero product. Do not order from these people. They will take your money, ignore you, and insult you with a discount code when you complain loudly enough. Complete and utter scam.
