My questions are not answered , if not in your scripted AI. The results are more about the interpretations. I would like to see what the lab tests numbers are so I can show to my doctor. I am old fashion like every senior citizen and would like to be able to speak to a real person. You have none. I feel left to a robotic world, with no name … spooky

I did not get any notification to see my result were in. I think they forgot about my extended immune panel and progesterone. I don't like the AI chat feature because it gives generic answers.Its hard to talk to a human and function already has it setup to bill me next July for a subscription when I got the prime day deal and bought two years worth.

The overall tests are expensive compared to your competitors (competitors offer the same product and some even test a few more factors). I expected the doctor summary to be more than just an AI write-up.

While the results and analysis were useful, the experience of getting my blood drawn by their partner Quest was awful. My appointment was 30 minutes late (I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes, inclusive of the 10-min early arrival), then the nurse had to stab each arm multiple times looking for a vein, bruising me up in the process, and what should have been a 10 minute appointment took another 30 minutes. I would very much caution which Quest location you attend to get your bloodwork done.

Function health did a limited amount of test with my bloodwork. They get you to stay a member but the real important test you need, is always an upsale. I could of received 60 biomarker test from hone health for half of what I paid Function . Are you really there to help people or are you doing it just for the greed?
