I have been told that while I have completed all of the blood work… they do not have my Tests or results. I have not been able to speak to a real person live and it appears as if I’m out my money and results. Work with a company that has a “live” person helping with customer service issues!!

Terrible, you guys are really screwing me up. You need to pay attention to what blood work is ordered. In 1 year, twice you have screwed up the test. This time I have to cancel an appt that took 3 months to get. probably not going to renew.

I really wanted to like Function Health, but my experience has been disappointing so far. I paid for the membership, including the 160+ biomarker testing. Three weeks later, I’ve only received results for about 25 of the lab tests. For comparison, I routinely receive similar lab results from Quest Diagnostics within 24 to 48 hours. To make matters worse, the MRI that I scheduled and paid for was completely canceled, with no clear resolution. At this point, the service hasn’t lived up to the expectations set by the marketing or the price. I’m hoping things improve, but based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend it. UPDATE 7/22. Company did reach out and promised to look into the “missing” labs ….the level of incompetence shown by this company is mind blowing. Quest did a blood draw for everything in one visit almost a month ago however results for 75% of the labs are missing.

You all lost my original blood work and had to retake it. Now it’s almost a month later and results are still not back. A disastrous customer experience.

Really bad experience- they mis led me on the reports that would be available after. The clinal notes I received was an ai summary and they charged me for a second round of blood work I never signed up for. I contacted them to fix it and they wouldn’t get back to me Function health to your reply- no you have not reached out

Don’t do it, they are not forthcoming with what testing they will do and don’t take ownership of the result. They don’t use ultra-sensitive estradiol test for men and there for charge you an upgrade for a test that’s useless. And are lagging behind industry standard. It is well established for men you need the ultra sensitive test because the normal one doesn’t give you a value below 30 which is where most men fall. They won’t rectify this situation and there for lost a customer and subscription now.
