I have suffered from migraines for at least 10 years. We found out they were caused by barometric pressure changes. Tried everything. Well our son gifted me a 160 marker test in 2 installments. After the first test he reviewed the test with me and looked at the markers of concern. One was homocysteine. Normal was 6-8. Mine was 22.7. And my omega 3 was very low. Two others were d3/k2 and magnesium. He did the research on those and found out why high homocysteine and low omega 3 contributed to barometric pressure migraines. So what would help? The homocysteine needed multi b vitamins. So he ordered liquid multivitamin b and omega 3 in gel caps and liquid d3/k2 and magnesium capsules. Well, my migraines are gone. I do still occasionally have some headaches but i am able to function very well now. No more nausea or feeling sick. It was said it could take up to 4 months to get relief but it has only took 2 and 1/2 months!!! I have been able to cancel my pain management appointments since i no longer need tylenol with codine or ondansatron for nausea. 😃 thank you so very very much!! And the blood draws were incredible. It normally takes 2-3 sticks to be able to stick the vein since i was told before that i have rolling veins but both times she got it first stick. Amazinging!😊cant thank yall enough.
