I was able to set up my first appointment fine. the app never let me set up a second appointment. so by four weeks, I only had 51 bio markers measured with clinical notes. I had to use the AI chat bot three different times before it hooked me up to a real person, and now my second appointment is nowhere near the 10 day limit of the first appointment.

Some of my blood tests needed to be redone due to lab foulup. You did not wait for me to reschedule prior to having your clinician review/write summary. Therefore I do not have a complete picture of my overall status. I will also say your incorporation of AI creates gaps in your communitations

Was unable to get my full testing done that was ordered due to the lab not having supplies. Need to fast, rebook, take more time off work. I expressed my frustration and recoved a $17 credit. I'll be using Emperical health going forward.

It took 2 + months to receive my clinician report. If it's not because I followed up 5+ times and finally escalated this I would probably still be waiting for the report.
