I appreciated the insights that the testing provided. I presumed that the second round of testing (third blood draw) from the year would test all of the things from the first round (first and second blood draw). That wasn't clear to me and disappointed me.

Other than being very expensive, I felt I could use the information to make important and necessary changes to my health. Would be nice to have a bit more clarity on all the testing options, maybe something like, "You're 60+ worried about cholesterol, overweight (BMI > x%) so these tests might be useful." Not sure what would be best, but by checking boxes off initially, and having suggested tests come up that way, might be helpful.

The scheduling and rescheduling process is so easy! The facility was quick, and the information is thorough. My only qualm is that my first results took a very long time to get the physician notes back. However, once received, it was all very helpful and interesting information.

I appreciated the extensive dive into my health. The clinicians notes provided a very clear path forward to address any concerns. While I would absolutely recommend Function, it should be made clearer that at the follow up test you will not be tested for all the same things that you were tested for at the initial appointment. Additionally, it can be tricky to get a morning appointment for bloodwork which may be hard for some folks.

Other than it not being clear to me that two blood draws are needed to complete the test, the experience was smooth, obtaining Quest appointments easy and the output/content incredibly comprehensive.

Easy… thorough
