Mid-year labs were mistakenly ordered at 3 months. The advanced cardiac and metabolic labs were supposed to have been ordered. Function health did not take ownership of their mistake. This is not good medicine and not good business.

This is the second year that I’m having this bloodwork completed by this company. Last year was very frustrating and this year is very frustrating as well. I got my bloodwork drawn over a week ago and the results are online, but I cannot print it to give to my provider so she can adjust my cholesterol medication. I have been trying to get into contact with a company and basically all you get is an AI chat box that does absolutely nothing but frustrate you. The first year that I had this done, I had to go twice to a lab that was over 100 miles away. This year I figured out how to get a lab that was only 40 miles away. When I went to my first visit, they drew 10 vials of blood. I told the gal that I didn’t want all the blood drawn at once and she spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what to draw and I got frustrated and told her just to draw all of it. Now I’m being told that they don’t have enough blood to do all the test so I have to go back. Now I see on one of my lab slips that one lab has extra blood with no ordered tests on it and they are holding it. I can’t get anybody to talk to other than the AI chat box who doesn’t understand to contact the lab and tell them to run the remaining test. I suggest finding a different lab to run all of these tests as I really haven’t done anything different for the $365 that I spent this year and $399 that I spent last year. Just run the test through your own lab and it will be a much smoother process. You can actually talk to a human being. Additional edit: I realize that there was a pending test for my omega lab orders. I actually bypass Function health and called the lab myself. The lab told me that they are processing it and it should be done in the next day or two. It is now the next day and I see that the omega bloodwork has been processed and I have the results. So Function Health still has not corrected that and they wanted me to go to get more blood work done when indeed I didn’t need to get it done. I still have not gotten that information from Function Health so if I could read them again, I would give them zero negative stars.

Unhappy as I was completely scammed by Function Health. I purchased a full retest of all biomarkers and received only a small number that were actually done. I was told that their description was inaccurate, which amounts to false advertising. I am done with Function Health.

I paid $300+ for an extended vitamins test that I never received. I tried to get a human but all I got was an AI bot that told me to keep waiting. It is impossible to get help. I'd be 100% happy to retract this if I receive the help I request, but I'm not holding my breath. Function Health "has" not contacted me as they state. Probably another AI chatbot.

Underwhelming … didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. Haven’t had any results in nearly 3 weeks and to get what I got for the price we paid … underwhelmed.

I still never received the results of my methalaton testing

App never works. Prices mediocre. Half the tests weren’t in stock when I went to the lab. Upselling constantly.
