Leaves a lot to be desired
I find the clinical notes completely worthless and not actionable. The pricing isn't anywhere near as attractive once you realize how little is included in the second panel. Reordering the full initial panel is nearly the cost of the entire subscription. I really dislike that I can't add individual markers, but have to add entire panels. Will not purchase again at the current rate.

Expected more than a rewording of lab results
Expected write up to have some insights. It was repetitive and merely a slight rewording of results. There was no in depth assessment or even a surface assessment. A had one test where seemingly it contradicted another test...no insight, possible explanation or recommendation was given.

scheduled six month module and a few…
scheduled six month module and a few extra tests and did not get any explanation of how to do lab work for both at the same time

Testing is way too expensive in NYC and…
Testing is way too expensive in NYC and the clinician notes weren’t helpful. I ended up having to pay another longevity clinic to interpret them for me

The person who called me with my lab…
The person who called me with my lab results wrote down inaccurate information which rendered the clinical notes much less helpful or actionable.

What function doesn’t tell you upfront…
What function doesn’t tell you upfront is that their parameters for what is considered in range or out of range bloodwork are much tighter than clinical standards. I spent many months thinking that I had a lot of unhealthy bio markers and scrutinized my entire lifestyle, which is actually very healthy, to the point of daily anxiety. Come to find out most of these markers were actually clinically in range. I think Function is a great app, but there needs to be more transparency.
