I highly recommend Function Health! It was an easy online sign up process and Quest Diagnostics made the blood draw fast, painless and easy. The insights I gained from my results were eye opening in some ways and the recommendations will be incorporated into my lifestyle. It was good to know that I had a few genetic predispositions that I need to keep in mind and continue to monitor some areas to avoid cardiovascular disease. The amount of testing done was a good value and would not be available through my primary care physician.
