I loved the extensive tests included in the first set of bloodwork. It was good to learn about what I can pay attention to better to improve my health. The disappointing part is that for that 1 yr membership, the second set of lab work does not include near as many tests to monitor for improvement. A whole new set of costs are involved to test for results that were out of range the second time.

I would give FH a 5-star rating, but I was disappointed that the follow-up visit only covered 4 of my 22 "out-of-range" markers. You will need to pay the original amount for the whole test again for your follow-up visit to get an accurate view of the improvements or areas that still require work. It seems that an algorithm could easily tailor your follow-up to the areas that need monitoring. Thus, this made the experience a lot more expensive than I had hoped to spend. Otherwise, I do enjoy the ease of using the app, the extensive and helpful info on each marker, and the detailed Clinician notes. Overall, I am happy with the program.

I found the testing to be very revealing about health issue I was ignoring. I do wish you had a data base of doctors that work with your results. I have found that getting some MDs to pay attention is difficult because of insurance limitations on time spent with a patient by a MD.

The massive number of tests is great and the explanation is detailed, however, not every human is healthcare savvy on all topics. Being able to talk to a licensed professional would help traction.

I love the comprehensive lab work! I felt like I was getting a complete look at my overall health, which felt empowering. I also loved the food and supplement recommendations. The only knock on the service was the clinician notes, they felt very general and AI generated to me, not very helpful at all.

Quest Diagnostics is great. The people there are genuinely nice, hard-working, and good at what they do. The only concern was that the closest lab to us was 3-1/2 hours away. Function Health stated there was an average of 20 labs per state. They should rewrite that and say there’s 20 labs per large cities.

Love the testing and the APP.. I think the clinical notes could be a little better with direction as it seems to be written by ai.

Great set of labs and very easy to set up and use the app. I don’t give 5 stars only because I was hoping for more specific supplement recommendations (and doses) based on abnormal lab results. I was hoping for more actionable steps.
