I signed up and decided to cancel less than a month after the purchase. No service was provided. I never did any blood test, but I was charged about $150. All blood work they offer can be done directly through Quest Diagnostics Labs (the same one they use) for 30% less. Quest lab offer included physician appointment.

I don't have a good sense of what I need to do or what my issues are in plain English. Not sure the value is there for the money and not sure what the membership really buys me.

Beware of Automatic Renewal and Partial Refunds I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Function Health. After one year, Function Health charged my credit card $365 for a renewal that I did not knowingly authorize or intend to continue. As soon as I discovered the charge, I contacted Function Health and requested that the membership be canceled and the full $365 refunded, since I had not used any testing or services associated with the renewed membership. Instead, Function Health refunded only $233.35, keeping $131.65. Their explanation was that because the cancellation occurred more than 48 hours after renewal, they retain a portion of the membership fee for “access to the platform, ongoing support, and operational costs.” I find this incredibly frustrating. I did not intend to renew the membership, did not use the renewed testing, and contacted them seeking a full refund once I became aware of the charge. Yet I am still being charged more than $130 for a membership I did not want. Consumers should be very careful when signing up for Function Health. Pay close attention to the automatic-renewal terms and monitor your credit card, because if you miss their 48-hour window, you may not receive a full refund—even if you haven't used the renewed services. For a company in the health and wellness industry, I expected much better customer service and a more consumer-friendly approach to an unwanted renewal. I would not recommend Function Health based on this experience.

Yall really need to get a LIVE agent that can acutally help people when they need it. Going back in forth on email is not productive.

Not much help

The service is useful only as a snapshot in time because I can’t view it against all my other medical history since there’s no ability to integrate it with any industry standard platform. That defeats the purpose, this is only useful for a one-time view. Would bot recommend

I paid for add on Alzheimer's test and it was never done. Can’t speak to anyone, only AI, and not helping resolve this issue!

My follow up lab results were compromised because I took supplements and creatine less than eight hours prior to lab draws. Function guidance on taking supplements in the window of lab draws is not consistent and guidance is lacking. Ultimately it was my fault but there was not supplement guidance immediately prior to labs.
