I think there are a few flaws in the system still, maybe due to the novelty of the experience. My supplements differ information from my tests and my food suggestions as far as consumption of iron and iron loaded foods. Also, my second set of tests didn’t reflect on my already set results. A few important tests aren’t being offered ( estrone, for instance). I would like to see improvement when suggesting supplements as far as maybe brands and especially amounts ( because the suggested in the bottles aren’t for optimal health) and when they are to be taken ( Ex: AM. PM, with food, far from meals, etc.). Overall if I take all the lab results and suggestions to Chat GPT and have it analyze them, I have a more adjusted plan than the generic one suggested. Still I am very happy with the availability of all these tests and biomarkers being done at a fraction of the price I was paying before out of my pocket!

The communication in the beginning was great. When the appointments would be, how to schedule etc. I felt it fell short in the area of suggested vitamins and what to eat. What dose of the vitamins? I liked how it gave the top five in each category and you could click and find out why. Also are there any results that when they are out of range together mean anything? And when I did the original blood work you may want to mention that one of them is a urine test (the tech didn't notice and just drew blood for all) so I had to go back and do that test later that pushed the summary back by a few weeks.

Getting the detailed data and the explanation of the importance of each metric was really helpful and insightful. I have never had explanations like that about each one of the biomarkers explained to me. However, after my second test, the "Clinician Assessment" was very disappointing.....it showed little or no acknowledgement re the improvement in several of the biomarkers that moved from out of range to in range....and i had an bad experience with the referrals....i referred 4 different people but i was never able to "claim" the $100 credit for any of them because of technical issues that the staff was not able to help with. So overall i think the data is valuable, and i benefitted from it and it will help me as a baseline guide for my health going forward..but the "referral" component was poorly designed and/or executed, and that smells a bit deceitful to me.

Improving website however the amount of time it takes after having testing to get results is a bit long. I am sure dealing with others companies is part of that.

Love the plethora of advanced tests and how easy it is to schedule. Really a great way to bring this previously untouchable health watch toolset to the consumer. My only rec is that it would be better if you could get a more in-depth analysis of results. I can do part of it myself and my GP can help but I really need a functional doctor’s analysis and that’s super expensive outside of the product. Would be nice to get that inside. And yes, I’m aware of the current analysis and your current policy to not diagnose or give deep personal recs.
