Very efficient with great insight, the only reason for a 4 star is the information was incorrect when I signed up as it showed the cancer panel was included. When I asked it was " Oh so sorry, that's not included our website was wrong, Thank you. We have now corrected it." That seems a little unprofessional to me.

I’ve been telling everyone I know to do this. I think it’s a wonderful resource. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel their add-on blood tests were way too expensive for what you got. I kept waiting and thinking there were going to be more and/or more explained results with the add-ons, and there were not. However the blood tests in the standard package you pay for are very good, and explained well. So overall, I recommend this.

I have really been amazed at how much more I know about what’s happening inside my body. Great experience. However, my second time testing did not cover all of my original results ( minus add-ons) . I was under the assumption that all of the original tests were repeated the second time. Kinda disappointed, as that was not indicated when I first tested

The lab was clean and efficient. Results were available quickly. i wish there was a way to forward my lab results to my pcp.

The results took a very long time to provide a PDF results file. I had a doctor's appointment to review the results, but three weeks later, there was no PDF, even though the results were in. I had to cut and paste. The comments provided were very generic; I did not learn anything new.

Good details. Helpful. But, you need to simplify the repeat test admin. You need to put a simple button on the app that says “Repeat previous test.” Stop to sales pitch.

I valued the feedback and the interface is fantastic. I wish I could generate a PDF of the results. or maybe I am missing something? The lab locations were limiting and the drive was far away. Can more labs be added.
