This has been the best experience of my life!!! I have been trying to eat clean and exercise for over 40 years, yet my numbers have been bad. I even tried an independent lab. I found Function Health through Casey Means book, Good Energy. I finally understood what actually was the problem. With Function Health's directives, my numbers have improved drastically. I am still working on some issues, but am hopeful in continuing the process.

I love being in control of my health including need for additional lab testing without going through my physician. Cost is very affordable, if going through a functional practioner the cost for varied labs would be phenomenal. The platform has improved over the past 3 years and provides valuable feedback on dietary changes, concerns, supplements provided by a functional medicine MD. Seemed to be comprehensive, the note summary was very helpful, like that every test was measured to be in or out of range. Giving summary of 3-6 things to focus on changing is helpful to distill into something actionable, not just a bunch of data.
