Still no ability to get advice without going through an Functional docs extensive onboard process not to mention expensive.

I liked being able to get so many labs done, for all of that I thought the price was fair. I didn't think the notes from the doctor gave me much insight and it didn't take into account any improvement from the first tests to the retest. I would have appreciated more transparency about the retests. As far as I can tell you retest your abnormal labs once, no matter the time frame so if you do it at 3 months you'll need to pay to do it at 6 months. Again, not a problem just it wasn't clear. I'll do that second retest though insurance rather than pay for them.

I really like function health and the service it provides. I’m happy with a lot of the aspects of the website and app. I am in my 2nd year using Function and have purchased membership for my wife who is navigating things due to menopause and testing within a window of time post period. Anyways, lots of good with Function. I am unfortunately disappointed with its trajectory at getting better. I have not seen any real improvements in functionality and user experience. As new companies pop up that provide a similar service(for cheaper on average) there needs to be more focus on the returning customers needs. I encourage everyone to look at multiple options out there but also know that Function health is a good choice.

The idea of Function Health is a good one. It was easy to sit down one time to give blood and receive comprehensive results that no doctor would fully order. The doctors I shared results with said the inflammation markers meant nothing - it was titrated at such a level that everyone's results would indicate inflammation. It was nice to do once, but I don't need to do it again.

I loved everything about the process, but I felt lost after receiving the results. You identified the problem areas and made recommendations for supplements and foods, but I had no idea where to start. Some of the clinician's notes needed some explanations

The website still seems very hard to navigate. For instance when you type in a1c to compare results from previous tests it doesnt work. Also results from previous tests seem hard to find. The clinician's analysis seems not as thorough this time. It is very hard to find info on pausing or canceling the subscription. Still waiting for the $100 referral bonus despite waiting several months and jumping through all of the hoops which in themselves seem ridiculously complicated.

The notes were somewhat helpful, however no insight given on how much of the supplements to take or how often. Also disappointed with no live person to talk to. The testing was great, but the limited communication wasn't what I thought I was getting with my subscription. Hard to ask questions also.

I liked the broad number of tests, ease of making appointments for labs and generally found dashboard easy to use. However, I would have liked to see which individual tests that were pending on dashboard ( just lets you see tests completed ) and I couldn't figure out how to export report for sending to my MD. While a great tool, if you don't have a family practice MD who knows about this service or knows anything more than very basic lab test results, your left with figuring out best next steps yourself.
