Every result was as I expected from my GP testing markers except thyroid which she discounted. I am now pursuing a specialist before things get out of hand. I live in a rural location which required a lengthy drive to have a blood draw but Quest labs were very professional and qualified to find my reluctant veins.

Function is great. Easy appointment scheduling. Quick and painless blood draws. App works seamlessly. Biomarker data is given valuable context. Results are easily digestible and comprehensively reviewed in plain English. Have not found anything wrong with the service as of yet.

I’m sharing this because I wish someone had told me sooner. For months, I knew something wasn’t right. My regular labs kept coming back “normal,” but I didn’t feel normal. This functional health program ran extensive testing not just the basics and uncovered a serious underlying issue that had completely gone undetected. It was both overwhelming and validating at the same time. Overwhelming because it was real. Validating because I finally had answers. Sometimes “normal” labs don’t mean optimal health. Sometimes you need to look deeper. This experience reminded me how important it is to listen to your body and advocate for yourself. I’m so grateful I did.

The process was so easy! I could see all my test results and was able to do a deep dive on each one. It explains in depth each test and how to make corrections. I also used the IA feature. I asked about the best timing to take my medications and supplements and it mapped it all out for me.

Fantastic customer service, and response time with questions. All of the testing done is comprehensive and thorough. So happy I have this testing done. Gave me a great insight into my overall health.

There were many questions upfront, and sometime that needed to be invested, but absolutely well worth it. The bloodwork results that I received back were incredibly comprehensive. Additionally, the explanations for each of the indicators and the multiple ways they were presented, made it incredibly easy to understand. Further, the follow up summary helped to make everything make sense and develop a plan for next steps.

I’m obsessed with Function Health anyway, but the customer service is always so efficient and helpful.
