I was excited about the lab work as was my primary physician. It took a note to customer service to get clinician notes a month after lab results. The clinician notes were not informative at all. Even my physician agreed they didn't really say anything helpful. They simply recommend supplements and most are those I already reported as taking. Too much conflict there to indicate they did not look at all info I entered about my health, medications, and supplements as they related to test results. The website and process is still very beta and there are discrepancies across the site. For example, one page will say a test is included, and another page say it's not. Additionally, there was a scheduling mix up with the 2 lab visits. The urine test was supposed to be the second visit and they did it on the first one. I was not prepared so it wasn't a good sample. I will not pay for this again next year. Since I had to pay for a doc visit to review with me, it was not cost effective over having my provider order the same labs.

Two months and no results and can’t get in contact with the company. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

All the tests included with the $499 should be covered by your health insurance. I wouldn't sign up again for this unfortunately........... If you do not have health insurance it might be worth it.

I paid nearly $800 for functional health testing—including multiple lab visits—only to learn that the lab mishandled my samples and now expects me to come back and repeat the process. I’ve made every effort to reach them—calls, emails, texts, even in-person attempts—and the response? Silence. No call backs. No replies. Nothing. This company takes your money, disappears, and leaves you to deal with their mistakes. There’s absolutely no accountability, no communication, and no access to anyone in management. If something goes wrong—and clearly it can—you’re on your own. Avoid this place. They do not care about your time, your health, or your money. Look elsewhere. Hopefully one of their competitors understands what real customer service looks like.

Trash, garbage, go elsewhere. Take your $500 and have a nice dinner, don't waste it here. No testing location within 5 hours of me, no way to contact a human, AI chat useless. Royally pissed.

Stay Away- I did the first two tests more than one month ago. Received a handful of results within the first few days and have not heard anything else since. There is no customer service phone number, and the chat gives you some standard non-sense answers. These folks are way above their head, and the operation is a shamble. They don't have the operational infrastructure to support their business promise. It seems like the only part of the operation they have a handle on is to onboard you and collect your money, but nothing is set up for delivering their part. Don't waste your money.

I canceled my membership online about a week before it was due to renew and today I received a charge on my FSA card for $499! I tried calling the only number I could find for them and it went to voicemail, so I went online (again) and canceled it again - requesting a refund! This company is not what it says it is - you can't even text with a live person, it's all AI generated. BEWARE!
