My husband and I are 77 and 80 and walk 3 miles a day and lift weights 3 times a week. This our second year and it has helped us change our eating habits to become healthier. Before the testing we were both close to being diabetic. With the suggestions to change a few things in our diet, we are now no longer even close to being diabetic. We also see a chiropractor/function health doctor along with our medical doctor. Quality of life is important to us, so we can enjoy our children, grand children and great children. This is a very through testing. My Chiropractor/Function Health doctor told me last week I was healthier than 90% of his 40 yer old patients.

So far really great experience all the way through creating protocols after receiving clinical notes and lab results. Only issue I ran into was several health questions were asked at the onset of setting up my account and then when I got the the actual health history questionnaire, several questions (such as female health) were repetitive and didn't save my earlier responses. Given the significant time spent on the full health questionnaire, it was a let down to redo. Now sure if it was the result of user error, but all account set up steps seemed to flow without issue so I didn't get the impression I was the cause.
