I am very data driven, so this is a great way to dig into my health. I like to understand what's going on in my body and not just given another pill at a 10 minute general doctor visit. These results helped me realize I needed to drastically modify my diet to align with my thyroid antibodies and heart issues. I went 100% soy, dairy, and gluten free, and the weight melted. I am looking forward to see what the follow-up results will show.
