Makes cancellation difficult, no reply from support!
Makes cancellation difficult, and purposely deceptive. There is no reminder that you are about to be charged $500 for an AUTOMATIC renewal. The cancellation should be a simple 1 button click option, yet Function Health makes it where you have to talk to a bot and wait 5 business days for a human to review! I don't even know if they will refund the hidden renewal charge. These are not ethical business practices. Do better Function!!

This is obviously a scam
Left a review after making payment for slimming tablets and not receiving them after 3 weeks of fruitless emails promising that I would on 3 occasions receive the product Still nothing but a reply on trust pilot saying they can't find my account!! Sums them up really dont bother with this company as it must be a scam I taking thus further as on t emails now I've requested a full refund and still nothing

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. I have tried to cancel for several days now. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. I would never recommend this company because of how they trap you into renewed membership. My order was erroneous for both visit and I wasted hours waiting for it to be corrected.

Not for people with cycles and jobs
Lol where to begin. They can’t book you for Day 3 of menstrual cycle (and they won’t tell you the test needs to be on day 3 until after you buy it) There are no available appointments once Day 1 happens. Last month, I tried to get an appointment and they booked me for 6 AM at an office that opens at 7 AM. And then when I went in it turned out out it was just a standby appointment and they could not see me until 1015 so I had to leave to go to work. Next month, day 1 arrives, and I go to book it, and I can’t because their computer system says I’ve already taken it from last month even though that wasn’t true. So by the time that is sorted out with them, I can no longer get an appointment for this month either. And can you get someone on the phone to talk about it? No! What a joke

Expensive, no real value added
Expensive testing given that the clinician's summary provided no information that I couldn't have gotten using Google.

Expensive middleman
I would recommend saving some money and ordering the tests straight through quest diagnostics (or some other provider) without going through function health. Their "clinician notes" are AI-generated and useless. The only value proposition here is a small amount of convenience.

It’s nothing new.Kind of same tests…
It’s nothing new.Kind of same tests doctor every year ordered.It just waste of money.Making money to set a trap on social net work.What ever recommendations suggested same physician does.

if you have enough money to burn or are…
if you have enough money to burn or are easily swayed by friends, then this is the perfect vanity service for you! tbh you’ll get most of these diagnostics from your GP; this extensive blood work is not worth the time and money. also, they fail to note that in NY state there are additional blood drawing fees. we love some expected fees!

We’re sorry we haven’t lived up to expectations, Cody. In New York and New Jersey, state billing rules require an additional fee paid directly to the lab—none of which goes to Function. Everywhere else, your $499 membership fully covers 100+ lab tests. Even with the state fee, the total cost remains well below what these labs typically cost through a GP.
