Initially seemed like a useful service, but the mid year check actually measures fewer things than the first check which they are not up front about. The lab quality also varies wildly and can be a long wait.

This is a great idea - and they do provide alot of tests for very cheap. But the explanation given by the "Doctor" is so superficial, even AI could do better. Completely ignored the history I gave them, provided recommendations that are incredibly generic and completely ignored discussing a cancer test they run that had a bad result for me. Honestly - what you should do is pay for this (because you get a great deal on the tests) and then take the results to a doctor.

I don't feel like they actually test all the things they advertise. I was also under the impression that they would have the doctor call with an appointment and they just write a really long over the top summary with no guidance on how to correct. I won't recommend again.

I contacted this company and paid the first annual testing fee. It took over a month to get the results. I had a long conversation with a support person months ago and told them I wanted to cancel and not move forward. We agreed to part company and stop any further testing. Now I get an annual billing for a new set of tests. There was no notification of an upcoming renewal, just a surprise charge on my credit card. A company that doesn't have the balls to tell you about an upcoming auto-renewal is surely hiding something. Not a company I would ever do business with. Beware!

Customer service follow up is wildly slow and wildly inaccurate. Too many people not reading their counterparts notes so giving wrong information. Has not been a positive experience at all.
