Bad communication between the company and lab brings me to this rating. I ordered everything as instructed on the site and when I arrived for my draws, there was no order placed. 3hrs later on a work day, they finally connected. I appreciate the response from Function, but the execution was poor at best. End results were useful.

Addressing a over do need in the health awareness. I dont like the it solely digital with no personal connection for added clarity and understanding.

I was hoping for more insight. It felt like it was pretty basic recommendations and no connections that felt out of the ordinary compared to my primary care.

The user experience feels very clunky and counter-intuitive. I'm often forced to repeat steps in order to get something done. I also don't like how I have to get fixed batches of labs. I'd like more flexibility in being able to pick and choose from the labs that are included in my membership.

I was expecting more advice on treatment of blood levels that were not in range.

It's great for finding out every bio marker in your body very informative but would have been nice to have someone to talk to and give better guidance for the money at 500 dollars

Edit: this was resolved after posting my review, so bumped up to 3 stars :) --- Bad customer service. A discount I anticipated wasn’t applied. So weeks before taking my first blood test, I asked if I could cancel and be refunded. They told me to review the terms and conditions. I replied that I did but found their terms confusing; was customer service able to answer? They replied that they *may* provide me a refund, but they can’t tell me how much. I need to submit the cancellation form first, then they will share if I can get a refund. What?? How can your team not confirm this now, because whether the refund is $1 or $350 will obviously change my decision. In any case, I was excited about this but can no longer recommend it.

Liked the service overall. Unhappy with timeliness, had my blood work done Jan 8 and I still do not have access to download my results so I can forward to doctors, almost 2 months later.
