Great overall concept. A bunch of data you get at a good price. Things that need improvement: App upsells additional tests that are already included without explanation as to what is actually additional. If you buy additional duplicates you are charged and only get a refund if you ask for it because of the confusion, not very honest business practice or just too complicated. Data is pulled by quest but doesn’t show in quest account therefore cannot sync with apple health. So disappointing for data driven people that need sync. Your data lives in function app only unless you manually pull it elsewhere thru complex processes. Clean up the upsell with clear distinction and make the app sync with Apple, and id prolly recommend at that point. Otherwise great if you just want some mediocre AI that talks to itself in its own guarded environment. Had way better results exporting data to Claude alongside Apple health old quest data yet took too many steps.

Overall great, but at the end was expecting more. Would have been nice to have a recommendation summary of what to do. The clinical review was thorough but seemed more AI generated. Some specific recommendations on actions I could take to improve my health, like supplements, exercise or whatever would be good. Knowing what is concerning is great but knowing what I can do proactively aside from see a specialist would me freat

Did not see results for MTHFR gene test

Definitely a deep dive education into the markers I need to be seeing as I age! The explanation and breakdown of labs, was very helpful because although I advidly test my labs, there were many things Ive never been tested for. The only thing I was disappointed with is the fact that the BMI is still used, which is such old information, not based on anything science or that an athlete would be looking at in general. Our muscle mass and our history should be able to clearly state this upfront. I would also like to see a list of labs pending page as well as my full vitamin panel of B vitamins, maybe NAD and HGH. The waist to hip ratio should be incorporated into the notes, instead of BMI.

The process was a breeze, the results started trickling in fast, the UI/UX on both web & app are flawless. One thing I never really felt was 'closure' after the results came in. Maybe I was overlooking something major here but I didn't know if it was going to stop at 120, 124 or 125? I'm still uncertain as to whether or not I'm missing one bio-marker? I think you guys need a large crisp number at the top that says "___ of 125" so that I can see what's arrived and when it ends.. Hope that makes sense. That's about it. All else is perfect-o. Thx.

I'm not wild about Quest as a facility, but I trust that the results are ok

I'm not for doing blood tests but the lady at Quest made it very nice for me. I appreciate the feed back on all the test that you all did, hopefully made it easier to figure out what to do.

Painless experience,that brings a lot of info. Would like to see a transparent explanation of the biological age as calculated by Function Health.
