The cost of the labs was reasonable. Lab results and normal ranges should be summarized for quick reference Optimal ranges should be provided Keto and carnivore diet should be considered in the normal and oprimal ranges.

In general satisfied with initial and mid year tests and biomarkers provided. I live in a rural area and had to drive 2 hours for a Quest blood draw site. AI chat added midyear to the website was helpful in recommending supplements . Moving forward I feel I can do limited testing for out of range biomarkers elsewhere for more reasonable cost. without all the bells and whistles of the annual renewal. Removing my yearly auto renewal seems to be more of a process than it should be

I do not like the lack of options to export my blood tests and provide them to my doctor. I read that there is a pdf version that I can download ONE TIME ... But I cannot find it. Several places in the results is says to discuss with my doctor.... but you dont make it very easy to do that. NO.. not happy.

The tests and console to access them is great. However, there is a few issues: The full amount does not qualify for HSA account expense, only about half. The “Clinician’s” feedback is AI generated (I tested it), you never speak to someone so who knows if there is a real person behind it. Feedback you get is very generic, at the end of the day they want you to talk to your doctor for more aggressive measures or more details in your results. I do like the test they choose and the platform hopefully they can work on pricing and alternatives to tackle your results other than “Improve your diet”

Well, the last time I ordered tests, the doctor forgot half of it. I wanted all markers plus some advanced markers. I have to drive far to get tests and a lot of preparation goes into it, so I was disappointed. I won't be renewing my membership. I have really enjoyed having access to all my biomarkers, thank you.

I asked for a copy of my report on 3/17 to share with my internal medicine doc and have not heard back. I would also like to speak to the provider who wrote the report as I think some of the observations are vague and possibly highly influenced by the 'big pharma' narratives. In fact, this is a bit confusing in that I thought I purchased a blood test to share with my doc and then I received a report from a provider, yet no follow up for my physician. Seems weird?

The variety of test were great for an initial start. Super easy to locate service locations. The clinicians notes are just an analysis of pros/cons of each test and ultimately recommend seeing a doctor; however, there isn't an ability to 1) do further tests to really decipher what is going on in your body and 2) there isn't a way to populate the results in your mychart for a doctor to review.
