lung nodule found which was actually…
lung nodule found which was actually just an MRI artifact and the earliest appointment they can give me to discuss is over 2 months away. For an out of pocket thousands of dollars scan this is totally unacceptable. I won’t be using again

Very poor communication and efficiency
Very poor communication and efficiency. They owe me a full refund for the 2nd year membership because I made it clear I couldn’t renew. At that time, I was never told to submit a cancellation form. It seems they wanted to keep some of the refund to put in their pot. BTW… prior to this experience, the testing and clinical notes were great. It’s too bad it ended up in this mess.

Labs were off from my doctors office
Labs were off from my doctors office . Can’t trust the results. Don’t know if they were mine or someone’s else.

Hidden fees
Hidden fees, don't believe their pricing on their website. Function Health charges $613 for their health check in New York. It's $365 plus an additional $248 billed at the lab. I didn't realize this until I got to the lab and they told me that I would have to pay the additional amount. The ridiculous thing is they can't provide any service to you at all without the additional fee. So of course I emailed them to ask for a refund and they still haven't got back to me. It's been almost one week and I am so angry and disappointed.

Figure out lab locations before signing up - you won’t be refunded if they aren’t close!!!
Function health was not up front about lab locations. I did not find out until after signing up that the closest lab locations was over 90 miles from my house. They would not give me a full refund even though I did not receive any services from them despite a request for refund being submitted only a couple of weeks after signing up. Horrible customer service and transparency. Try to understand lab locations before signing up so you don’t get ripped off as well.

Terrible customer service.
None of the tech works to book in ny. Customer service is beyond rude and unhelpful. I had no idea which labs to pick for my mid year and they don't show you the previous values. Terrible customer service.

Bad Customer Support
The testing and results are good. The support and customer service are terrible. For example if you gifted a subscription then after 1 year that person receives a mail notification that it is set to renew. You the gifter can’t cancel. You can’t talk to a person. They suck.
